Where exactly is my email stored?

In the platform's secure, fully managed archive storage — there's nothing for you to provision or configure. Every message is saved in standard open .eml format, and every customer gets a dedicated, physically separate archive database. You can export any message — or your whole archive — whenever you want.

Is storage really unlimited?

Yes. There's no storage cap and no per-GB fees — pricing is per mailbox, and the platform manages all archive storage for you. Archive as much mail as your business generates; the price never changes with volume.

Can I recover a deleted message or a whole folder?

Yes. Find it with search and pull it straight back out of the archive — a single message, an attachment, or an entire folder — in seconds. There's no restore job to schedule and nothing to wait on.

Can I export to PST?

Does this delete or change anything in my mailboxes?

No. Access is strictly read-only. We copy mail into your archive; we never modify, move, send, or delete anything in your live mailboxes.

How is my data kept separate from other customers?

Is there a minimum or a free trial?

Premium includes a 14-day free trial and starts at a 4-mailbox minimum. Free Forever has no minimum and needs no trial — it's free indefinitely, for up to 3 mailboxes.

How much does it cost?

Two plans, both with unlimited storage: Free Forever at $0 for up to 3 mailboxes, and Premium at $1.24 / mailbox / mo billed annually ($14.90 / mailbox / yr) or $1.49 monthly. Premium adds a 14-day free trial and starts at a 4-mailbox minimum.

Is this a backup of my whole Microsoft 365?

No. It backs up and archives your Microsoft 365 email — the focus is retention, ownership, search, and recovery of mail. SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and tenant settings are out of scope, and the Service is not a disaster-recovery or business-continuity solution; see the Terms.
