How accurate is it?
The AI prices visible work using typical contractor rates for your property's location, and gives you low–high ranges rather than false precision. It's a fast, realistic ballpark for decision-making — not a replacement for licensed contractors, inspectors, or appraisers, and it can't see hidden conditions like roofs, HVAC, or what's behind walls.
What photos should I upload?
Regular phone photos of every room plus the exterior — up to 30 per estimation. The more you upload, the more accurate the estimate. JPG, PNG, and iPhone HEIC all work.
How fast is it really?
Most estimations complete in 15–60 seconds after upload. You get the on-screen report immediately and can download the PDF right away. Your reports stay available in your history for 90 days.
Is this an appraisal?
